About Me

Hi, I’m Eshan, and I’ve been living with Type 1 Diabetes for over 14 years, since I was 17.

Like most people, I didn’t have everything figured out at the start. Managing blood sugar, understanding how food affects you, and trying to balance everyday life can feel overwhelming. Over time, I started experimenting more and trying different routines, adjusting my diet, reading countless articles, and learning what actually works in real life.

One of the biggest things I discovered along the way is how much daily habits and especially exercise and movement can impact not just fitness, but overall blood sugar control and energy levels.

This website is where I share what I’ve learned through that process. It’s a mix of personal experience, practical advice, and science backed information, all focused on helping people manage their condition in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

I’m not a doctor or specialist, just someone who’s lived with this condition for years, tested different approaches and wants to share what’s worked.

If you’re here, my goal is simple: to give you useful, honest insights and help you feel more in control of your health.

Why I Started This Blog

I created this blog to build something I wish I had earlier, a place that feels relatable, not overly complicated, and actually useful day to day.

There’s a lot of information out there, but not all of it feels practical. Sometimes you just want to hear from someone who’s actually living it.

If this helps you even slightly whether that’s improving your routine, understanding your body better, or just feeling less alone, then it’s done its job.

This site may include recommendations in the future through programs like Amazon Associates, but all content is based on real experience and honest opinions.
